The Passenger, with or without a vehicle, must present himself at the ports of embarkation within the deadline indicated on his\/her travel document: after this deadline, the Passenger loses all right to board.<\/p>\n
Whatever the order of arrival, the Captain and the loading staff have the right to establish the order of embarkation of the vehicles at their sole discretion, based on the priority needs of adequate and safe arrangement of the vehicles inside the garage.<\/p>\n
Embarkation and disembarkation operations must be carried out by the Passenger driver. Vehicles must be driven from the entrance of the ship hatch to the garage in the case of embarkation, and from the garage to the exit of the ship hatch in the case of disembarkation, under the direct and exclusive responsibility of the Passenger driver who must comply with all the safety regulations in force for circulation on the port quays concerned. Inside the ship, the Passenger Driver must position the vehicles according to the instructions given by the personnel on board. <\/p>\n
Any non-driver passengers must embark exclusively on foot, passing through the appropriate accesses.<\/p>\n
Vehicles on board must be left closed and secured by the Passenger driver, with the first gear engaged and the parking brake applied.<\/p>\n
The passenger driver is responsible to the Company and to third parties for any damage caused by the vehicle, both during embarkation and disembarkation and during navigation.<\/p>\n
Passengers will need to pick up their vehicles when the ships arrives.<\/p>\n
If, upon arrival at the port of destination, sea conditions or other causes beyond Delcomar’s control do not allow the disembarkation of the vehicles, they will be disembarked, as soon as possible, on the occasion of the next landing or in the port of origin. In this case, no compensation will be provided to the Passenger. <\/p>\n
From the moment of embarkation and until disembarkation, passengers are required to follow the instructions given by the on-board staff and to read and comply with the signage displayed in the premises inside the motor vessel. The Company shall not be liable for any damage to the passenger due to failure to comply with such notices or provisions. <\/p>\n
Passengers are obliged not to enter the garage and stand in the access stairs and are required to remain seated until the ship has come to a complete stop or the mooring manoeuvre is completed.<\/p>\n
Delcomar on-board staff is always available for the necessary individual assistance and to allow the elderly and disabled to reach the passenger lounge via the lifts located in the ship’s garage.<\/p>\n
In addition to compliance with prohibitions and provisions, the Passenger is obliged to behave in such a way as not to cause damage or annoyance to other passengers or to the crew on board, or even to jeopardise the safety of navigation.<\/p>\n
The Passenger is liable for all damage caused by him or by a person or animals in his custody of the ship, its furnishings, its appurtenances and accessories, its equipment, other passengers, Delcomar’s employees or its auxiliaries, third parties, as well as all sanctions, contraventions, fines and\/or expenses to which, by its fact, Delcomar is subject to any authority of any country.<\/p>\n
It is forbidden for the Passenger to carry on board bladed weapons and firearms, ammunition, explosives, fuel or other dangerous or flammable substances without the written consent of Delcomar and the necessary legal authorizations, to be obtained by the Passenger. In this case, these objects must be handed over to the Captain and can only be collected at the time of disembarkation. <\/p>\n
It is forbidden for the Passenger to include in his\/her baggage or to bring on board substances and objects of illicit possession or smuggling. In this case, the Passenger will be liable to Delcomar and\/or anyone else who may incur damages, fines and fines as a result of said introduction. <\/p>\n
The loader\/driver has an obligation, prior to boarding, to declare the existence of dangerous goods on the vehicle.<\/p>\n
The transport of commercial vehicles containing flammable, explosive, corrosive and dangerous materials is permitted only on ships authorised for this type of transport and “within the limits of the licence”, under the conditions established by safety rules and regulations.<\/p>\n

The transport requests referred to in this article must be comunicated to ticket offices of the boarding terminals at least twelve hours in advance, specifying the type and characteristics of the dangerous goods to be transported in every detail.<\/p>\n
The ticket is valid up to 12 months for the social lines, compatible with the availability of space. Non-use does not entitle you to a refund. Passengers who do not have one or who benefit from a fare concession without having the right to do so, are required to pay for an additional ticket at the ordinary fare, increased by 200%.<\/p>\n
Passengers benefiting from fare concessions must present themselves, both at the time of ticket purchase and at the time of boarding, with a valid identity document proving the right to reduction.<\/p>\n
If the measurements of the accompanying vehicle do not correspond to those declared at the time of booking, Delcomar reserves the right to refuse boarding.<\/p>\n
If the passenger does not make himself available to comply with the terms of the matter in this section, the Commander reserves the right to make a complaint to the relevant authorities.<\/p>\n
