In June 2021, Delcomar srl adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model in compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001.
This model aims to:
- Identify the activities in which the offences involving the liability of the entity may be committed (the so-called “mapping” of sensitive activities);
- adopt specific protocols aimed at planning the formation and implementation of the entity’s decisions in relation to the crimes to be prevented;
- identify the methods of managing financial resources suitable for preventing the commission of crimes;
- establish a special body within the company (the so-called “Supervisory Body – SB”), with the task of supervising and controlling the operation and compliance with the Model;
An integral part of the 231 Organisational Model is the Code of Ethics. Compliance with the contents of the Code of Ethics is required of every member of the company, as well as of all those who, directly or indirectly, permanently or temporarily, work for DELCOMAR (referred to as “Recipients”) in the performance of their duties as a principle of responsibility.
The rules contained in the Model and in the Code of Ethics apply to:
- Those who perform representation, administration or management functions of the Company or of one of its organizational units with financial and functional autonomy
- Who exercises, even de facto, the management and control of the Company;
- To all employees of the Company, seafarers or embarked, including those who collaborate in various capacities even from abroad, even within the limits of the existing relationship,
- To those who, although not belonging to the Company, operate under mandate or on behalf of the same or are in any case linked to the Company by significant legal relationships in terms of the prevention of predicate crimes.
Delcomar S.r.l. expressly prohibits any criminal conduct that may involve the company’s criminal involvement pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
On the basis of the above, those who fall into the categories listed above are invited to carefully read the Code of Ethics, which can be downloaded from this page, and to undertake to comply with its contents.
Thanks for the collaboration, The Management
